 Why Use A Secretarial Service/Virtual Assistant?

          If you are an Individual, you may have a computer or a typewriter, BUT your typing is not all that great and this is a "Special" letter, report, etc., and you want it professionally done OR you just don't have the Time to do it.  Then you need a Secretarial Service/Virtual Assistant.

         If you are a Business, maybe your secretary is on vacation or ill OR you may not have one. By using a Secretarial Service/Virtual Assistant, you only pay for the time spent actually doing your work, NO idle time. Also, you have no FICA, unemployment or workers compensation taxes to Pay.   Some other  ADVANTAGES are: 

    There is no need to invest in expensive equipment and progams--no need to train personnel in their use.  The secretarial service/Virtual Assistant has them and knows them.

    There is no need to invest time and training.  The operator of a Secretarial Service/Virtual Assistant usually has many years of training and experience and is knowledgeable in many different aspects due to the variety she/he encounters.

         Most Secretarial Services/Virtual Assistants are owned and operated by professionals who for one reason or another decided to leave  the 9-5 routine.   You'll find quite a growing list of professisonals nationwide at my  Other Virtual Assistants page .  You can check them by state/country and if you have a special need, you can do Ctr f in your browser and search for that need, i.e., transcription, bookkeeping, or a special program, i.e, Word Perfect, Word, Excel, etc.  All of them haven't listed their software.  (Please note:  I am not in any way affiliated with any of those listed.  I just maintain the list as a service.)

          What  about using a service from the Internet?  Why not?  You buy other products from the internet.  It's really quite simple--you mail your work and get it e-mailed or hard copy snail mailed back to you.  You don't have to leave your home or office and you will most likely get an excellent rate!  That's why we are now called Virtual Assistants--we do your office work virtually, via the Internet, e-mail, snail mail, fax, telephone--whatever it takes to get the job done.

       To sum up, by using a Secretarial Service/Virtual Assistant, you get professional work at considerable savings!
